These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", "you") and jl7ccc (hereinafter "jl7ccc", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://jl7ccc.net and all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available through the jl7ccc platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the jl7ccc website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, bet, or promotion offered through the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of another individual or any legal entity for the purpose of gambling.

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of jl7ccc, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documentation is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

To access the full range of jl7ccc Services, you must create a registered account. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the jl7ccc platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

During registration, you are required to provide a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique password, and other verification details as requested. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jl7ccc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

• You must not share your jl7ccc account credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow any other individual to access or use your account.
• You must notify jl7ccc immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
• All activity conducted through your jl7ccc account is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorized by you.

jl7ccc uses SMS OTP (One-Time Password) two-factor authentication as an additional security layer. You agree to keep your registered mobile number current and accessible. jl7ccc reserves the right to suspend account access pending re-verification if unusual activity is detected on your account.

jl7ccc supports a range of payment methods designed to accommodate Filipino players, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 for GCash and Maya transactions. Minimum amounts for bank transfers and other methods are specified on the deposit page.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

jl7ccc offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly disclosed at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all promotions on the jl7ccc platform:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl7ccc platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) for any reason, including to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer, poker, or multiplayer game formats.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional terms in bad faith.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with any part of the jl7ccc platform or its underlying software.
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or unauthorized financial transactions.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with jl7ccc.

All content available on the jl7ccc platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the intellectual property of jl7ccc or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl7ccc platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from jl7ccc.
• Use jl7ccc's name, logo, or branding for any commercial purpose or in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jl7ccc website without express written authorization.

jl7ccc is committed to protecting the personal information of all registered players. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security, and you use the platform at your own risk with respect to data security.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl7ccc, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the jl7ccc Services.

jl7ccc's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jl7ccc account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl7ccc does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable for any disruption to gameplay or loss of access resulting from such action.

jl7ccc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe requested by jl7ccc.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 07 of these Terms.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction or closure.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion submitted through the responsible gaming tools available in the player's account dashboard.

Upon termination of an account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), jl7ccc reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including pending bonuses and winnings obtained through prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause (e.g., voluntary closure), any remaining real-money balance, net of any applicable bonus amounts not yet eligible for withdrawal, will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method subject to standard KYC verification.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact jl7ccc's customer support team and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jl7ccc commits to acknowledging formal complaints within five (5) business days and providing a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Law of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9285) before resorting to litigation, except where injunctive relief is required to prevent irreparable harm.

jl7ccc reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl7ccc will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the jl7ccc platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting jl7ccc customer support.
